# Turn a Wabi draft into a mailed letter

Use Wabi to get the wording right. If Postedly appears in your Wabi connections, try preparing a mailing quote there. You can also save the finished letter as a PDF and take it directly to Postedly.

Not yet tested

Wabi names Postedly as a connected account in its privacy notice. The connector’s availability in individual accounts and the preparation steps below still need a live test.

## Use Wabi with Postedly

1. ### Look for Postedly in Wabi
In the Wabi app, check Profile → Connectors. If Postedly appears, open it and follow the sign-in prompts. Use the website path below if the connection is unavailable.
   [Open Wabi](https://wabi.ai/)
2. ### Prepare the exact letter
Check the draft, save a PDF and confirm both mailing addresses. If your connection can transfer the PDF, ask for a letter quote and private Postedly review link.
3. ### Finish in your browser
Open the private review if you received one. Otherwise, upload the PDF directly in Postedly. Check the proof, addresses and total before you approve and pay.

## Give it a specific request

### Put a finished thank-you letter in the mail

Approve the wording and have the sender and recipient addresses ready.

Example request

> Help me finish this thank-you letter. If my Postedly connection can prepare a mailing quote, use the exact PDF and addresses I provide and give me the private review link. Stop before approval or payment. If the connection is unavailable, give me the final draft and https://postedly.com/send?service=letter so I can finish it myself.

## Transfer your file

Use the saved PDF for mailing. If Wabi cannot hand off the file, upload it in your own Postedly session. Use a private conversation when sharing mailing details.

- For a letter or fax, prepare a valid, unencrypted PDF no larger than 10 MiB (10,485,760 bytes). Review the saved PDF after exporting it from the draft.
- For mail, have the recipient’s full US postal address and your US sender address ready. For fax, confirm the receiving US fax number and your US billing address. Check the selected service’s page and layout limits before quoting.
- Review the final proof returned with the quote, including any added cover or postal layout. An upload preview alone does not establish that the final document is ready to send.

## Mail a check

Ask Wabi to help gather the payee’s name, US mailing address, amount and memo. Open Postedly’s check page in your own browser to set up your account, write the check, sign and pay.

## Your approval comes before the send

Open Postedly yourself to review the exact document, addresses and total. Verify your receipt email if prompted, then approve and pay in hosted Stripe Checkout.

## Follow the existing order

Keep the order reference from Postedly after payment. Use that reference to check whether the letter has been accepted or mailed.

## Send directly on Postedly

You can use the finished document without connecting an assistant. Download the approved PDF, open Postedly, choose an available service and upload the file. Enter the destination and sender details, then review the final proof and full price before payment. You do not need your own printer or envelopes to mail a PDF through Postedly.

## Before you start

- Look for the connection in your own Wabi app. Use Postedly directly for any service or review step the connection does not offer.
