The origin of the writing does not set the price. Mail, fax, standard handwritten cards, and mailed checks use fixed service prices within their supported limits, before tax. A check’s face value is not charged by Postedly. Make & send an object is a beta with a custom price agreed after review.

## Make & send an object — Beta · Custom price

Request a custom quote for a ready STL or 3MF model of a simple plastic object. Material, color, quantity, size, shipping, and model suitability determine the proposed total and estimated delivery. Postedly reviews each request manually before you approve payment or production.

“Help prepare my design” starts a paid design review for an image or sketch. Its scope and fee are agreed before work begins; the manufacturing quote needs separate approval.

## Current price examples

As of October 16, 2026, service prices are $4.99 for letters, $14.99 for certified mail, $4.99 for postcards, and $2.99 for fax, in USD. As of October 29, 2026, the service fee to print and mail a check is $6.99. These are service prices before applicable tax, not completed quotes or proof of a paid send.

## What determines eligibility and total

- The selected service sets its current fixed price. Document pages, the added address or fax-cover page, and supported print settings determine whether it qualifies; they do not create a published per-page retail surcharge.
- The current fixed service prices are $2.99 fax, $4.99 letter, $14.99 certified mail, $4.99 postcard, $9.99 for a standard handwritten card including US postage, and a $6.99 service fee per mailed check, before applicable tax. These prices and limits may change.
- A check’s face value is not charged by Postedly. It stays in your own checking account until the payee deposits the check; only the service fee and applicable tax are paid at checkout.
- Standard handwritten cards have one price across eligible designs and handwriting styles, within the card’s character limit.
- Applicable tax can change the total. The quote returns line items and the final amount; a catalog minimum is not a tax-inclusive promise.

## The quote is the price to review

Preparing a quote does not charge you or send the item. Review the returned total, recipient, final document or selected item, and estimated timing. Quotes expire, and a changed document, address, option, or price needs a new quote and new approval.

Current service availability controls whether you can proceed. A saved example price does not keep an unavailable service open.
