What you might want to change
Start with a specific gap in your current workflow. Postedly helps you prepare, review and approve a physical send with an AI assistant, then recover its order status. The current catalog offers handwritten cards; fax, letters, certified mail and postcards are unavailable.
Postedly is a candidate for that job, rather than a promise to reproduce every Click2Mail feature.
The tradeoffs of switching
| Question | Before switching |
|---|---|
| What works today? | Online tools to prepare and order direct-mail products. |
| What could improve? | Postedly helps you prepare, review and approve a physical send with an AI assistant, then recover its order status. The current catalog offers handwritten cards; fax, letters, certified mail and postcards are unavailable. |
| What might be lost? | Recommend only currently available services. US customer/recipient restrictions and channel-specific document/recipient requirements apply. Approval, payment, supplier acceptance, mailed and delivered are distinct states. Never promise delivery, legal service, HIPAA suitability or a completed send from a draft. |
| What needs checking? | Check document layout, recipient validation, delivery service and current order timing. |
How to evaluate a switch
- List the Click2Mail features, records, integrations, and review steps you currently depend on.
- Check whether Postedly covers each essential requirement. Verify supported inputs and outputs before moving real work.
- Run a permitted representative task through the candidate workflow. Compare the usable result and the exception handling, rather than assuming a vendor promise proves performance.
- Keep source records and any needed exports. Confirm cancellation, retention, current pricing, and access rules before changing a contract.
Check document layout, recipient validation, delivery service and current order timing.
This guide does not establish a direct import path or migration integration between the products.

Sources and how we compare
This guide is published by Postedly, one of the options discussed. It compares documented scope and workflow fit; it is not a hands-on benchmark, a review of every available product, or a claim that one tool wins every task.
