A useful trial before you decide
- Write down the outcome you need, the inputs you can lawfully use, and who must review the result.
- Try the same representative task in both products where a trial or demo is available. Include an ordinary case and an exception that currently takes extra work.
- Check what remains manual, whether the output reaches your next step, and the current plan, usage, privacy, and support terms.
- Choose the option that meets your requirements with acceptable review effort. A feature list alone does not establish accuracy or time savings.
