Publisher and responsibility

Postedly is operated and published by Soxoa LLC. Guidance is reviewed by John Arndt, the product's operator and named editor. He remains responsible for its source traceability, claims, links, product boundaries, freshness fields, and corrections.

This is an operator and product-quality review. Postedly does not present its editor as a contracting officer, attorney, certification authority, or representative of a public buyer. Editorial review does not establish eligibility, responsiveness, compliance, or award probability.

Drafting, organization, or quality-control tools may assist the publishing process. Tool output is not treated as a source, and it does not replace review against the cited official record.

Source hierarchy

Postedly starts with primary public sources: the current buyer portal, solicitation and amendments, statute or regulation, official agency guidance, registration system, and public data published by the responsible government entity. Secondary summaries may help explain context but do not control a date, requirement, eligibility question, or submission instruction.

Every guide includes official starting points. Readers must reopen those sources and the live solicitation before acting, because portals, forms, thresholds, policies, and deadlines can change after an article is reviewed.

Review, dates, and material revisions

Each guide displays five maintenance fields. Published is the first public version date. Last reviewed is the latest whole-page editorial review. Sources checked is when the listed official starting points were last reopened for that review. Review due is a maintenance target, not a claim that a source will remain unchanged until that date. Revision identifies the material editorial version.

Postedly revisits content when a cited source, program, portal, or product boundary materially changes. A review or source-check date is not a warranty that every linked record remains unchanged; readers must still open the live official record before acting.

Material corrections update the page and its review date. Formatting, spelling, and non-substantive link maintenance may occur without a separate public change log. Postedly does not silently convert fictional examples into claims about real customers, buyers, or awards.

Recommendations and evidence boundaries

Postedly separates supported facts, reasonable business inferences, unresolved questions, and customer-specific decisions. Chase, Verify, and Pass are triage recommendations; they do not establish eligibility, responsiveness, compliance, award probability, or legal rights.

Product examples are labeled fictional. Postedly does not invent testimonials, customer results, case studies, agency endorsements, or quantitative performance claims to fill an evidence gap.

Corrections and questions

Send a source correction, broken link, or material concern to john@soxoa.com. Include the page URL, disputed statement, and the controlling public source when available. Postedly will review the issue and correct, clarify, or retain the material with its evidence boundary.

Current official records control

This policy explains the publishing process. It does not change the customer's responsibility to verify the current solicitation, amendments, portal instructions, and professional obligations before submitting a response.
