Documented triage, not vague alerts
Each memo separates what is supported by the available source, what must be verified in the official solicitation, and what makes the opportunity a Chase, Verify, or Pass.
Trust and operating model
Postedly is a bid-fit triage desk. It is built to help small vendors make better first-pass pursuit decisions, with explicit boundaries around payments, data, procurement advice, and outreach.
Service commitments
Postedly separates supported evidence, unresolved questions, and vendor responsibility so a first-pass recommendation is useful without being mistaken for an eligibility or award decision.
Each memo separates what is supported by the available source, what must be verified in the official solicitation, and what makes the opportunity a Chase, Verify, or Pass.
Postedly does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, submission acceptance, or award. Vendors remain responsible for official portal instructions and final decisions.
Before checkout, intake sends the starter context only to the Postedly operator and shows the reference on the page. It does not email the submitted address, contact a buyer, or submit anything to a procurement portal.
Payments run through Stripe Checkout. Live mode requires explicit server configuration so accidental key mixups do not silently enable charges.
What happens after intake
The service is designed for high-trust first contact: no hidden portal submission, no surprise automation, and no claim that a memo replaces reading the solicitation.
You submit a short profile and the opportunity or buyer you want evaluated.
Postedly checks fit against capability, geography, references, deadline pressure, and response burden.
You receive a memo with verdict, risks, required response pieces, questions, and suggested next action.
If the opportunity is worth chasing, you decide whether to proceed with the official solicitation and any proposal work.
