Careful data handling
Checkout collects the minimum starter context needed to begin a memo. Intake details are used for review and are never submitted to a public procurement portal by the site.
Payment mode is explicit
Payments run through Stripe Checkout. Live mode requires explicit server configuration so accidental key mixups do not silently enable charges.
