Terms of Service

These terms govern use of postedly.com and services provided by Soxoa LLC through Postedly. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. A signed written agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.

Decision support—not procurement representation

Postedly provides research, source organization, and first-pass bid-fit decision support. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, certification, compliance, or procurement advice. Postedly does not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, acceptance, award, revenue, or any buyer outcome.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for the current official solicitation, amendments, portal instructions, registrations, certifications, forms, representations, pricing, approvals, signatures, partners, legal review, and submission. You must have the right to provide all information you submit and must keep your vendor profile accurate.

Service scope and delivery

Submitting an unpaid intake creates a request for operator review only. Postedly shows the intake reference in the browser and does not send an email to the submitted work address. An unpaid intake does not reserve capacity, guarantee a response time, or create a service commitment. Automated customer handoffs and confirmations begin only after Stripe verifies a paid checkout.

A Bid-Fit Audit covers one identified opportunity and one decision memo for the paid order. Each current paid Dispatch Pilot monthly service period includes five reviewed candidate opportunity memos using the approved company profile and boundaries described on its order page. A Chase, Verify, or Pass memo delivered to the designated service contact counts toward that period's five-memo inclusion.

Dispatch delivery is opportunity-driven. Memos may arrive unevenly, and Postedly does not guarantee a daily, weekly, or evenly spaced cadence. Unused quantity does not automatically roll into another paid period. If Postedly delivers fewer than five memos by the end of a paid service period, the customer may request a prorated credit or refund for the undelivered memos, subject to the conditions in the Delivery and Refund Policy.

AgentMail acceptance is recorded as the operational send event, but a definitive provider bounce or rejection does not count as a delivered memo. Postedly will review customer-identity and replacement-mailbox evidence before changing the bound service contact. Delivery pauses until a new customer confirmation is recorded for that contact, after which Postedly will resend through the correction workflow. A correction for a material source or included-item error is quota-neutral and does not consume another included memo.

Other delivery timelines are targets unless a written order expressly makes them guaranteed. Inaccessible, canceled, expired, or materially changed opportunities may require clarification, replacement, rescheduling, or the remedy described in the Delivery and Refund Policy.

Payments and recurring billing

Stripe processes payments. Recurring products renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. A Dispatch service period is the monthly recurring billing interval shown by Stripe, not a calendar month. To prevent the next renewal, request cancellation at john@soxoa.com before that renewal is processed. Taxes may be added where required.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, evade access or rate controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another entity, or use Postedly output to make false representations to a public buyer. Automated access that creates unreasonable load is prohibited.

Intellectual property and customer materials

You retain rights in materials you provide. You grant Postedly permission to process those materials to deliver and improve the requested service. Postedly retains rights in its site, software, methods, templates, and general know-how. Your delivered memo may be used internally for your own pursuit decision.

Disclaimers and liability

Postedly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Soxoa LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or procurement outcomes. Aggregate liability arising from a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.
