Send with authority
Use Postedly only for lawful, authorized communication and purchases. Supply accurate sender information and recipient details, and respect a recipient’s request not to receive further communications. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for the content and delivery method you select.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Postedly for threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, scams, phishing, fraudulent invoices, impersonation, deceptive legal or government notices, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Do not transmit malware, stolen credentials, payment-card security codes, or material you are not authorized to disclose. Do not buy or send illegal or restricted goods, evade sanctions, or use items or payments for bribery. Do not alter sender identities to conceal the responsible person or organization.
Promotional fax campaigns, unsolicited fax advertisements and bulk or automated recipient lists are not supported. Splitting a campaign across orders, accounts or payment methods does not make it permitted.
Sensitive and regulated workflows
Do not use the standard service to process protected health information on behalf of a HIPAA covered entity or business associate without a separate written agreement from Soxoa LLC expressly covering that use. Do not rely on Postedly for emergency communications or time-critical legal service, filing or statutory notice requirements.
We do not verify a document’s legal sufficiency, truthfulness or the recipient’s authority to receive it. You must ensure the material and transmission comply with applicable requirements.
Protect the service
Do not bypass access controls, probe another customer’s order, share private access tokens, interfere with service availability, conduct card testing, evade rate limits or create duplicate submissions to defeat payment or sending controls. An assistant or automated client must follow the same approval and use rules as a person.
We may rate-limit, hold, reject or cancel orders and suspend access to investigate suspected abuse. We may ask for additional information before fulfillment. Actions affecting a paid but unfulfilled order are handled under the Delivery and Refund Policy.
Report an issue
Report unwanted or threatening delivery, suspected fraud, security issues or a rights complaint to john@soxoa.com. Include the order reference if available and enough information to identify the issue. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive content. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
We review reports, preserve relevant records when justified, and cooperate with valid legal requirements. We do not disclose customer or recipient information to a complainant merely because a complaint was submitted.
