Instinct describes an assistant that can use a phone and computer. This guide explains a workflow to try through Postedly’s website. A complete Instinct-to-Postedly send has not yet been verified; use the direct website if your assistant cannot complete a step.

Use Instinct with Postedly

  1. Give Instinct one clear errand

    In your existing Instinct conversation, name the service and ask it to open Postedly. Include the finished document or message, recipient and any budget. It should check the current service availability first.

  2. Let the assistant handle the file when it can

    Ask Instinct to transfer the actual PDF using its available file and browser tools. A filename or shared-page link is not the document. If it cannot reach the file or upload it, finish that step directly on Postedly.

  3. Stop at the final review

    Check the final proof or exact item, recipient, sender details and total at Postedly’s Review & pay step. Complete any sender email verification. If Instinct cannot show you the actual proof or complete this review with you, finish directly on Postedly before paying.

  4. Keep the order reference

    After payment, keep the Postedly receipt and order page. Use that existing order to check progress rather than placing another order when an answer takes longer than expected.

Start with the finished PDF and the recipient’s US fax number. Ask for a quote before authorizing the send.

Transfer your file

The aim is for Instinct to handle the file you already gave it. That depends on the tools and file access available in your conversation. Postedly accepts actual file uploads, not arbitrary shared-file URLs. Its API and MCP tools also support direct transfer for compatible authenticated clients, but that path has not been verified in Instinct. If a handoff is needed, use Postedly’s upload control; do not make a private document public just to send it.

  • For a letter or fax, prepare a valid, unencrypted PDF no larger than 10 MiB (10,485,760 bytes). Review the saved PDF after exporting it from the draft.
  • For mail, have the recipient’s full US postal address and your US sender address ready. For fax, confirm the receiving US fax number and your US billing address. Check the selected service’s page and layout limits before quoting.
  • Review the final proof returned with the quote, including any added cover or postal layout. An upload preview alone does not establish that the final document is ready to send.

Your approval comes before the send

First review the exact Postedly order. Then authorize its payment. Stripe lists Instinct as a supported Link agent, and Link lets you approve a purchase amount before issuing payment credentials. Postedly opens hosted Stripe Checkout after review. If Instinct offers Link for that purchase, check the merchant and total in Link as well; otherwise complete checkout yourself. Link approval alone is not proof that a Postedly order was paid or sent; this guide does not claim a verified Instinct checkout.

Open the Postedly order page or use order tracking. Instinct can help check it when it has authorized access; you can also check it yourself. Payment received, submitted to the provider and delivered are separate events. Rely on the recorded sending result, and check the existing order before retrying.

You can use the finished document without connecting an assistant. Download the approved PDF, open Postedly, choose an available service and upload the file. Enter the destination and sender details, then review the final proof and full price before payment. You do not need your own printer or envelopes to mail a PDF through Postedly.

Before you start

  • As of September 20, 2026, we have not verified a native Postedly connector or a complete paid send inside Instinct. This is an independent guide, not an Instinct endorsement or directory listing.
  • Services and products depend on live availability. Handwritten-card designs may be shown for browsing while ordering is unavailable. Delivery estimates come from the quote, not from an example request.
  • Files are limited to 10 MiB and must meet the selected service’s requirements. Instinct’s access to a conversation or shared page does not establish that it can retrieve and upload a PDF.
