Use Instinct with Postedly

1. Connect Postedly where MCP is supported

   Ask Instinct to use this remote MCP endpoint and follow the Postedly connection guide. Client support depends on your setup; use the website if a connection is unavailable.

2. Authorize the assistant connection once

   Reuse your existing Postedly connection, or complete email verification and consent on Postedly. This lets the assistant prepare quotes and track its orders. The person paying chooses their receipt email later at the private review link.

3. Prepare one quote and its review link

   Check current availability. For a card, provide your chosen design, handwriting style and exact text. For a letter or fax, transfer the finished PDF. Ask Instinct to quote those details and return the private review link.

4. Review, approve and pay

   Open the private link yourself. Review the document or card selections, exact text, addresses and full price. Postedly reuses your verified browser email or asks you to verify the email for your receipt and order history. Approve and continue to Stripe Checkout.

Transfer your file

Postedly’s MCP tools support direct transfer of actual PDF bytes and private browser upload links. The reported Instinct run used a handwritten card, which needs text and product choices instead of a file; it does not verify PDF transfer. If Instinct cannot access your PDF, use the private upload link or finish on Postedly’s website.

• For a letter or fax, prepare a valid, unencrypted PDF no larger than 10 MiB (10,485,760 bytes). Review the saved PDF after exporting it from the draft.
• For mail, have the recipient’s full US postal address and your US sender address ready. For fax, confirm the receiving US fax number and your US billing address. Check the selected service’s page and layout limits before quoting.
• Review the final proof returned with the quote, including any added cover or postal layout. An upload preview alone does not establish that the final document is ready to send.

Mail a check

Instinct can prepare a paper check drawn on your own verified US checking account. The assistant never sees your account numbers and can’t sign or pay; those steps stay with you.

1. Set up checks once, yourself

   Open Postedly’s check page in your browser, verify your email and connect your checking account. You’ll verify it with Plaid, confirm you can sign for it, set a bank passkey and save your signature.

2. Ask Instinct for the check

   Give the payee’s exact name and US mailing address, the amount and an optional memo. Using Postedly’s check tools, Instinct reads your ready accounts and drafts the check, which reserves its number and prepares a service-fee quote. Nothing is signed, charged or sent.

3. Review, sign and pay

   Open the private review link it gives you. Check the full proof, confirm with your passkey, sign and pay the service fee. The check amount is paid from your account only when the payee deposits it.

4. Follow the order

   Instinct can read the order to see when the check is printed and mailed. Postedly can’t see when it clears; your bank shows that.

If Instinct doesn’t show Postedly’s check tools, reconnect Postedly or refresh its tools, or write the check yourself on Postedly.

When a step does not work

The quote was prepared through the agent’s account

Keep the same private review link. Verify your own email under Receipt and order history, then approve and pay. That order appears in your account and the agent can still track it. Historical orders are not automatically reassigned.

The review page shows a different email

Choose Use another email on the review page and verify the address you want for your receipt and order history. Your quote and private link stay the same; the assistant does not need your verification code.

Instinct cannot connect or transfer the file

Follow the connection guide if your setup supports remote MCP. If it cannot complete the required step, use a private upload link or the Postedly website with your finished file. Do not make a private document public.

Your approval comes before the send

The MCP checkout tool returns a private Postedly review link. Generating it does not approve, create or pay for an order. Open it, check the exact details, and use your verified browser email for the receipt and order history. If needed, verify your email on that page. Then approve and continue to hosted Stripe Checkout. For handwritten cards, review the rendered handwriting preview when shown, design, style sample and exact message. The preview shows your selected text and style; the finished card may vary. The reported Instinct run stopped before approval and payment.

Follow the existing order

After checkout, keep the Postedly order reference and ask Instinct to check that existing order through its authorized connection. The originating connection can track the order, and the person whose email was verified on the approval page also sees that order in their history and receives its receipt. Merely opening the link or entering a payment card does not establish account access. Payment received, provider acceptance and delivery are separate events.

Send directly on Postedly

You can use the finished document without connecting an assistant. Download the approved PDF, open Postedly, choose an available service and upload the file. Enter the destination and sender details, then review the final proof and full price before payment. You do not need your own printer or envelopes to mail a PDF through Postedly.

Before you start

• The October 15, 2026 result is user-reported evidence of preparation through a private review link. It does not establish a completed paid send, a public connector listing or Instinct endorsement.
• Services and products depend on live availability. The reported $11.99 is a dated quote, not a price promise; request a fresh quote with the current total and tax.
• Files are limited to 10 MiB and must meet the selected service’s requirements. Instinct’s access to a conversation or shared page does not establish that it can retrieve and upload a PDF.
