Files and destinations
- Use an unencrypted PDF of up to five document pages, at most 10 MiB. The final approved fax includes an added cover page.
- The sender needs a United States billing address. The recipient must be in the United States, with a supported +1 fax number.
- US recipients with supported toll-free fax numbers are included. Premium destinations are not supported.
Quoted by the prepared fax
The current fax service has a fixed price within its supported page and destination limits, before applicable tax. The generated cover page is part of the prepared fax. A quote validates eligibility and shows the exact total before payment.
Review the exact order before payment
Review the final proof, recipient, sender, service, estimated timing, and total. Your connected account reuses its verified email; a new website session may require verification. Confirm the sending details and terms before continuing to payment. The normal website and assistant review flow uses hosted Stripe Checkout.
A draft, upload, connection, or quote does not pay or send. If the document, address, options, or price changes, request a new quote and review it again. An expired quote also needs to be replaced.
Transmission and payment status
The quoted timing is usually minutes, followed by a transmission report. An estimate is not a promise of successful transmission.
Fax payment is authorized before dispatch and captured after a successful transmission. Check the order for the actual payment outcome and any failure information.
A delivered result is transmission evidence. It does not establish that a person read or accepted the document.
