Use Microsoft Copilot Studio with Postedly

  1. Add the MCP tool

    Open the agent’s Tools page, choose Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol, and enter Postedly’s name, description and server URL.

  2. Choose OAuth dynamic discovery

    Select OAuth 2.0 and Dynamic discovery. Create the server connection, complete Postedly’s browser consent, and add it to the agent.

  3. Test one document and quote

    Confirm the connected sender, discover available tools and prepare one harmless document quote. Check your organization’s connector and data policies before making it available to users.

Transfer your file

The tool needs the actual PDF bytes, not merely a SharePoint link or record attachment name. A permitted backend or flow can transfer them through a private multipart handoff; an MCP runtime with byte access can use the upload tool. Offer browser upload when the agent cannot access the file.

  • For a letter or fax, prepare a valid, unencrypted PDF no larger than 10 MiB (10,485,760 bytes). Review the saved PDF after exporting it from the draft.
  • For mail, have the recipient’s full US postal address and your US sender address ready. For fax, confirm the receiving US fax number and your US billing address. Check the selected service’s page and layout limits before quoting.
  • Review the final proof returned with the quote, including any added cover or postal layout. An upload preview alone does not establish that the final document is ready to send.

Your approval comes before the send

Present the final document, recipient and total before returning the browser approval link. Postedly then hands payment to hosted Stripe Checkout. Publishing an agent or granting tool access does not authorize a customer order.

Retain the returned order reference with the business record and check it for payment and fulfillment progress. Resolve uncertain results before starting another send.

Enter the destination and sender details, then review the final proof and full price before payment. You do not need your own printer or envelopes to mail a PDF through Postedly.
