What determines eligibility and total
- The selected service sets its current fixed price. Document pages, the added address or fax-cover page, and supported print settings determine whether it qualifies; they do not create a published per-page retail surcharge.
- The current fixed service prices are $4.99 fax, $9.99 letter, $24.99 certified mail, $9.99 postcard, $49.99 print, and $11.99 for a standard handwritten card including US postage, before applicable tax. These prices and limits may change.
- Standard handwritten cards have one price across eligible designs and handwriting styles, within the card’s character limit.
- Applicable tax can change the total. The quote returns line items and the final amount; a catalog minimum is not a tax-inclusive promise.
The quote is the price to review
Preparing a quote does not charge you or send the item. Review the returned total, recipient, final document or selected item, and estimated timing. Quotes expire, and a changed document, address, option, or price needs a new quote and new approval.
Current service availability controls whether you can proceed. A saved example price does not keep an unavailable service open.
