Choose how the thank-you will arrive
| Format | Best starting point | What to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Letter | A longer, personal message | A portrait US Letter PDF and both mailing addresses. |
| Postcard | A short message with your own artwork | A two-page PDF, front and back, matching the active postcard template. |
| Handwritten card | A card and a message written in real pen | Choose an available card and handwriting style, then enter the exact message and closing. |
Start with one specific detail
These sample messages are starting points. Replace the details with your own and review the wording before preparing an order.
| For | Example message |
|---|---|
| A host | Thank you for having us over. The long conversation around your table was the best part of our week. We would love to return the invitation soon. |
| A teacher | Thank you for the care you put into helping me understand the work. Your feedback gave me a clearer way forward, and I appreciate your patience. |
| A customer | Thank you for choosing to work with us. We appreciate the time you spent sharing your goals and look forward to supporting the next step. |
Review the form as well as the words
For letters and postcards, inspect the final PDF proof. A postcard must already contain its finished design; entering a message does not automatically create a print-ready postcard.
For handwritten cards, review the selected card, handwriting-style sample, exact message and closing, sender, recipient, postage option, and total. The review uses card-design and style samples; it is not an exact image of the completed handwritten message.
Ask your assistant to prepare, then pause
Help me finish a warm, specific thank-you. Check the available Postedly letter, postcard, and handwritten-card options. Prepare my chosen option for the recipient I provide, show me the exact message or final proof and total, and wait for my approval before payment.
