A print-ready PDF, front and back
Use an unencrypted, two-page PDF at most 10 MiB. Both pages must use the active postcard size in landscape orientation, including its required bleed. A short message or a single image does not by itself form the required two-sided PDF.
On October 12, 2026, the public catalog specified a 6 × 4 inch finished postcard with 6.25 × 4.25 inch artwork and 0.125 inch bleed on every edge. Keep text inside the template’s safe areas and leave its back-side address and barcode areas clear. Check the current template on the sending page before exporting; the available postcard size may change.
Inspect a postcard from source to final proof
This Cedar Grove Walking Club artwork has two 6.25 × 4.25 inch PDF pages, front then back, matching the catalog checked on October 12, 2026. The back leaves the current template’s address and barcode areas blank for the postal layout. All names and messages are fictional, and the artwork says it has not been mailed.
On October 12, 2026, Postedly Reviewer MCP in Codex uploaded this exact source and obtained a real postcard quote of $9.99 USD, including $0 tax. The actual two-page final proof includes the postal address placement. Both pages were rendered and inspected; no added Postedly branding, clipping or overlapping content was observed.
This was an unpaid quote and proof check. No order was approved or created, and nothing was paid for, mailed or delivered. The proof uses fictional names at public civic addresses. For your own order, request a fresh quote and inspect both final pages before payment.
Prepare a postcard with your assistant

Supported addresses
Letters, certified mail, and postcards currently require complete sender and recipient addresses in the 50 United States or Washington, DC. Include the name, street address, apartment or suite when needed, city, two-letter state, and ZIP code. International addresses and US territories are not supported by the current mail address validation.
- A connected assistant reuses its verified sender email when preparing a quote. At private review, the person paying verifies the email for receipts and access to that order; an existing verified browser session can be reused.
- Check the address in the final proof, including any postal correction returned during quoting.
- If postal verification fails, eligible mail quotes can be prepared using the exact address as entered. The private review shows the unverified address and requires your separate confirmation of the delivery risk before payment. A provider outage or missing required address fields does not qualify for this option.

The fixed price is for an eligible postcard. The quote validates the two pages and exact dimensions and shows the total with applicable tax. Review the final proof for the front, back, and address placement.
Review the exact order before payment
Review the final proof, recipient, sender, service, estimated timing, and total. Your connected account reuses its verified email; a new website session may require verification. Confirm the sending details and terms before continuing to payment. The normal website and assistant review flow uses hosted Stripe Checkout.
A draft, upload, connection, or quote does not pay or send. If the document, address, options, or price changes, request a new quote and review it again. An expired quote also needs to be replaced.
Timing and what the status means
Printing and postal transit take several business days. Use the estimate shown in your quote; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Order updates can show preparation, printing, and postal progress. A sent update or estimated arrival does not necessarily confirm that the recipient received the item. Read the sending record for the evidence actually available.
