USD. Prices exclude applicable tax. Standard handwritten cards include US postage. “From” indicates a variable price. Eligibility and the final total are confirmed in your quote. View the source catalog or read how pricing works.
Start with a finished PDF
Use an unencrypted PDF, at most 10 MiB, with portrait US Letter pages measuring 8.5 × 11 inches. Save your final wording into the file before requesting a quote. Postedly prints the file you approve.
- A separate address page is added to letters and certified mail. Review its placement in the final proof.
- The upload system accepts PDFs with 1–50 pages, but this is not a mailing allowance. The current letter service permits at most six physical sheets including its address sheet; the selected mailing and printing options can have lower page limits.
- A document that uploads successfully can still fail the service-specific quote checks. Follow the returned page or size correction before trying again.
Prepare your letter in three steps
Choose Letter and upload your PDF.
Open the sending page, check that Letter is available, and choose the final file. If your source is a word-processing document, export it as a PDF first.
Enter the addresses.
Add the recipient’s complete US address, your return address, and your email. Request a quote once the details are ready.
Review and pay.
Wait for the final print-ready proof to load, then inspect every page and the address placement. Check the total and timing, verify your email, confirm the sending details and terms, and continue to Stripe Checkout.
Supported addresses
Letters, certified mail, and postcards currently require complete sender and recipient addresses in the 50 United States or Washington, DC. Include the name, street address, apartment or suite when needed, city, two-letter state, and ZIP code. International addresses and US territories are not supported by the current mail address validation.
- A connected assistant can reuse your verified sender email for order updates. A new website session asks you to verify it securely.
- Check the address in the final proof, including any postal correction returned during quoting.
Letter or certified mail?
Letter is the ordinary document-mailing choice. Certified mail uses a distinct USPS mailing service with a tracking number. A return receipt or a specific signature option should only be assumed when it is explicitly included in the supported product and quote.
Timing and what the status means
Printing and postal transit take several business days. Use the estimate shown in your quote; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Order updates can show preparation, printing, and postal progress. A sent update or estimated arrival does not necessarily confirm that the recipient received the item. Read the sending record for the evidence actually available.
